kids pull out bed could have been a bit bigger. very narrow, kids are 8 and 5.

and did a lot of swearing i was not offended by this but i an shure a couple with young kids checking in at the bar were not very comfortable with it

the wifi signal is very intermittent and rarely works

the food however was excellent, the room service let the chef down

location early check in was possible after a long drive from norfolk - which was great !

hotel is a little gem we had a beautiful large room all newly refurbished the breakfast was superb wish we could have stayed

couple of nights were noisy with kids running round screaming but didn't complain as price for 3 nights was good

not working properly shower door didn’t close wires hanging from the tv & hairdryer on to kids bed very dangerous bottom protection sheet to base of bed

the bed was comfortable and the had a garden where the kids could play.

at the reception was very nice , friendly he give us some information what we should visit with kids

lady on reception very pleasant and as we arrived very early she gave us early check in

we really appreciated the early check in

they kindly gave me early check in and later check out as they were able to do so

never got a decent sleep due to noisy kids in property and constant slamming of doors day and night

booked the superior room and the king room, they were both very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable, the room was very cosy and perfectly cleaned, the

very nice room with lovely spa bath. good location.

the hotel had a quite policy at night and the bar closed at 10 at the weekend so resident's who wanted a quite night could

the lounge could stay lit a bit later so you have somewhere to go after kids in bed

charlene is very welcoming and the hotel is clean throughout, with a lovely bar and dining area
