disabled room no wifi

problem for us as i know wimborne quite well, but the bar /pub was down the street and round the corner, including reception, depending on when you

probably just the parking, bit of a squeeze when busy, carpark small.

liked tv toad :) - toy toad holding the remote for the tv central location but private parking

arrived early and we’re made very welcome and as our rooms were ready we were given an early check in - a

sorted an early check in and even lent us a brolly

told the bar closed at 11 but got back at 10

lovely little pub the bar staff were friendly and lovely

square was exceptional, all staff were very frienly, efficient and accommodating restaurant and bar area was very good and the food was good

were amazing, we needed an early check in at last minute and it was no problem

is not as negative as it looks, just my opinion as we travel a lot, stunning young lady behind bar was alone most of the time, with the few people arriving she was busy, could of done with a

good cooked breakfast with healthy options

delicious only downfall it took ages and we wasnt aware we needed to book table so we were put in bar which was quite rowdy and packed while we were eating , the breakfast was lovely and

loved the tea and coffee making facilities and breakfast hamper delivered to our door was very well enjoyed

it was well maintained, clean and modern , a bar down stairs that served amazing food

duty manager and a young lady behind the bar were 10/10

just my own preference but the decor in the bar was very dark.

carpet so when walking through your be not knowingly walking onto the the spikes both myself and kids had hurt our feet resorted to putting a towel on the floor complained next morning but it got

fire escape door wedged open all night and led straight on to car park and a load of kids come in the middle of the night

the bed was comfortable and the had a garden where the kids could play.

at the reception was very nice , friendly he give us some information what we should visit with kids

we really appreciated the early check in

they kindly gave me early check in and later check out as they were able to do so

never got a decent sleep due to noisy kids in property and constant slamming of doors day and night

it's double spa bath is the most relaxing place ever
