we asked for early check in and they said no because we went through booking

the pool was freezing and i thought it was supposed to be heated.

the hotel was teeming with unsupervised kids and the staff said there was nothing they could do about it

breakfast was excellent....bed very comfortable. room overall was great.

was a lot of things to do like indoor pool and bar area and fitness room and the room was very clean along with the rest of the

bar was closed ,the fitness center was closed, the was no housekeeping service, had to go get my

accommodating staff and plenty of parking

i really appreciated the staff gave us early check in as we were exhausted from our travel

coffe or tea always available. enjoyed the indoor pool and exercise room

the pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a day of travel.

there was a baseball tournament group for kids crowding the lobby and food area, none of them had on masks and a lot were kids too young to

the onsite laundry is way overpriced and the machines steal your money and guess what, they would lift a

size of room . location / near work laundry available

they accommodated our early check in and a quiet room.

have stayed there previously beds are comfortable, staff is courteous and helpful with questions breakfast was good and had plenty of choices
