i was traveling with my elderly mother and was able to get an early check in and the handicap room was great and was close to the door

food selection. could have been better. i was right above the pool and that was quite noisy.

received an early check-in, and the breakfast was excellent!

and elise (and a third girl who was also nice) get a big shout because they accommodated a super early check in for me and my husband, even when they didn t have to

family joined me in the pool and we had dinner

a bunch of kids (13) to be exact were running and jumping in the pool and throwing objects in the pool area

the staff mentioned one time about wearing shoes but allowed another family with kids run around alone in the pool area and elevator

kids were not supervised in pool area,breakfast was to pricey for little to choose from
