made extra effort to arrange the room for early check in and with flowers

the breakfast was well cooked and the

loved the extra touches, organic local products, honesty bar and tea and cake on arrival

oh and the honesty bar is a lovely touch

will definitely go again and bring kids next time to see this beautiful area

we were attending a wedding we requested an early check in and were very grateful that they were able to oblige

ordered room service for breakfast and was a little disappointed with the size of it, but the food itself

thought there should be more outside space available for lounging, enjoying the sun, maybe even an outdoor pool

found it difficult to connect with room service/reception on the phone in the room.

they were short staffed but it was not apparent as the two bar staff made up for it with their enthusiasm and work

the bar is a friendly and welcoming area, although i didn't get to have an evening meal, the breakfast

staff were excellent; allowed an early check in; thank you.

kid's bed at family room are suit for kids (less comfortable for adult),

bar and dining area spacious and lovely beer garden with small play area for kids

we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the beautiful junior suite and a slightly early check in

felt like an apartment with its own private staircase and luxurious spa bath within the lounge

it was a huge room, incredibly warm (despite the age of the age of the building) and the spa bath with tv was an excellent modern touch to an otherwise originally decorated period room
