were excellent, friendly and very accommodating with an early check in

the shannon airport; it was our first hotel getting off the plane and they were able to give us early check in too

being in ireland for the first time, this was valuable to my wife and i, an early check in after a long overnight flight meant a lot towards enhancing our first day survival

we were travelling to a wedding and i rang to see if we could possibly have early check in to one of the rooms, check in is not until 3 and we needed room

the majority of staff were friendly and welcoming i feel the bar staff lacked in that department

no all night room service for a 4star hotel

hotel is clean and tidy and in a very good location with easy access and ample free parking
