early check in was great because our room was ready

my husband was working, i was not so an early check in was really appreciated

leisure centre, the pool and saunas are very relaxing

the view of the mountains covered in snow was amazing, and i had a great breakfast in the morning

we got early check in which was fantastic

rooms are freezing, lighting in them is non-existent, my room had no phone or welcome pack with room service menu or wifi code and i also found a used condom on the floor which is

close to everything, plenty of parking and spacious hotel

the wifi could be a lot better

the spa was excellent also

and left a note for house keeping that we where going to a wedding so they could try get us an early check in (1 (+)got early check in as requested. delighted. (+)lovely and facilitated me for an early check in

the breakfast was nice and it was in walking distance to everything which was great for the kids

we were staying in the area for a wedding so use of the spa and in-house hairdressers was great

we had kids with us and they were great with them ud83dude0a keep up the good work
