friendly staff, early check in and location

staff was very accommodating (allowed for early check in and late check out)

upon check in the front agent quickly located our booking details and advised that early check in was available

they were able to give us an early check in that we needed it so much due to a long travel and family with small children

in to town to take the kids to carowinds amusement park and booked this hotel due to pricing
