i understand we had a lot of families with kids but when tournaments like this happen in town your gonna have loud kids everywhere

a full smith machine, and some free weights and cardio machines, in the very compact gym (fitness center), although they need to deodorize the room a bit more

room , breakfast, shuttle service, excellent staff : caring, friendly, helpful

they allowed early check in as well as late check out which i really appreciate

room was excellent for the price that i paid, the facilities at the hotel (pool and gym were a great plus) coupled with its close proximity to dfw airport

was friendly, room was clean,comfortable bed and the swimming pool was great

my family there was only three good things about this stay, we got early check in without anything extra; the check out person was very sweet

also, the front desk should either have access to the laundry room at all times, or keep fresh towels behind the desk

the maintenance man coming in my room to get laundry and stole my pack of cigarettes!!

the drink vending machine was broken as well as the laundry supply vending machine

ask for some change to do laundry late in the evening from front desk and they make u feel as if your a nuisance

the front desk person was awesome and went above and beyond to help me with early check in, silverware, and getting me some lemons

not comfortable for two kids to share

the reception and breakfast buffet, very clean room, clean shower, quietness, greta wifi vey nice gym although part of the weights were missing

we were accommodated with early check in due to our home being fumigated

size was great and the breakfast was delicious

a little sad the pool closed at 10 on a friday night...

also being able to do laundry was a big bonus (for me)

well the pool and the exercise room wasn't in order but they did have gym guest passes

rooms were obviously not available for early check in but no worries

we were easily accommodated for early check in & greeted with exceptional customer service

late check out. location was good. it was nice to have free parking.

else was great, 7 minutes from six flags, clean rooms, early check in, kids loved the pool

pool was clean relaxing and the staff was so helpful plenty of food to choose from and room was

it had corn hole, a bouncy house for the kids and the patio furniture was comfortable

at front desk changed let me know up front there were going to be a lot of kids coming in and put us in a room that would be quiet
