the front desk person was awesome and went above and beyond to help me with early check in, silverware, and getting me some lemons

clean rooms, fairly comfortable beds, nice breakfast

easy check in and out, and room layout is nice for traveling with kids.

i called and they allowed for early check in for my family. the place was so clean.

the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is one of the best i have had in the states

not friendly i got there and was tired he gave me wrong room after i went all the way up with my kids was so tired i had to come back down and tell him he gave me wrong room it was inconvenient

my family there was only three good things about this stay, we got early check in without anything extra; the check out person was very sweet

also, the front desk should either have access to the laundry room at all times, or keep fresh towels behind the desk

the maintenance man coming in my room to get laundry and stole my pack of cigarettes!!

ask for some change to do laundry late in the evening from front desk and they make u feel as if your a nuisance

can even deal with the hot air inside the lobby and indoor areas due to the laundry and whatnot

must pay for early check in or late check out

i appreciate the time that breakfast is served, for late risers like me

the laundry room door lock needs to be fixed it appears it was forced open at one time

check in online but to upgrade our room as well as add on pet fees and add late check out and early check in, breakfast was amazing (scrambled and poached eggs, bacon and sausages, potatoes,

only quibble is the gym had two treadmills but both were inoperable with out-of-order signs

the pool, gym and breakfast was discontinued, but i felt it was still priced high

good breakfast, nice modern clean rooms, good spa and pool, all good

breakfast was great! & a gym!

the shuttle came promptly to pick me up from the airport, and again left promptly on the hour back to

lady downstairs named lannette was rude & didn’t seem to care at all that my kids & i had no a/c in our room

slow wifi, and too much buffering on tv

selected this hotel because of the indoor pool for my kids

seemed like the bar closed too early.

rooms were obviously not available for early check in but no worries

we were easily accommodated for early check in & greeted with exceptional customer service

the food was great the bread pudding was fantastic the bar staff was attentive

only thing is one of the ladies at the bar started to get snappy with people when a big rush came in & she was by herself

our first time booking at a hotel and it was a very smooth process, was able to accommodate our early check in, the lady at the front was very

clean, looks new, great breakfast, security-lock front doors after 8 pm

the free parking, the free breakfast and all the food options, and the room was very comfortable

at front desk changed let me know up front there were going to be a lot of kids coming in and put us in a room that would be quiet

it was very convenient for getting to different attractions, especially with the free shuttle bus
