early check in i didn't have to wait till 3 pm to check in

they have room for me to park since i don’t have to bring a trailer

and he was upset saying i had to disconnect it but i saw he let semi's park

everything laundry facility etc..

the motel has a laundry room although i didn't need to use it

i really appreciated that they accommodated my requests for early check in

the lobby/reception area has a bar and plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas

probably not a place for kids, pool is small and no kids stuff around

wish we would have been able to get into the pool but there were always kids there

loved the pool table

early check in and breakfast was great

the things it has to offer like poolside food and drinks, sauna and workout room were excellent

staff and they were so helpful with our family, especially the kids

from the valet , check in , coffee shop, restaurants , pool to room service , everyone was professional and friendly

my kids loved the pool and all the toys that they could play with

the front was able to do an early check in

it also included breakfast and a shuttle to and from the airport

breakfast is good

the shuttle service stops at 11 had to take an uber

i am glad we took the shuttle early knowing the airport was so huge

they were able to accommodate a slightly early check in

probably nicest guy ever, but also lloyd the guy who does the breakfast also the nicest

indoor pool was cold. not unbearable but shoulda been warmer.

we had some interesting things happen with the airlines, and my wife had to do a late check out, which extended till 2 pm

swimming pool had dirty water and was not operational

we appreciated getting an early check in.

the pool was disgustingly filthy our entire stay from friday to sunday and when we arrived there were a

needed to call for airport shuttle

the breakfast bar was really good and great coffee

got in late the night before and didn't realize that breakfast ends at 9am

were able to give us an early check in which made all the difference in the world

our wake-up call for 2:30 am and also did not let the incoming clerk know that we needed the shuttle at 3:30 am for our early flight

that the laundromat was on, we were placed in a room away from the highway at our request and an early check in as well

the pool is small but we did went to an indoor water park so not really a big deal for us

the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was remarkable. my kids loved the inside pool.
