we checked in, we stayed in our coats and boots for a good hour before the room warmed up, the spa tub was just a regular jet tub, nothing

rented a king room with a spa bath, which costs more than a regular room

the pool was great, and the multi station/functional weight machine in the exercise room was fantastic

it was like a full one bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen including a dishwasher

the location, the check in, proximity to the parking garage, full kitchen with necessities

though unorthodox comparable to large hotels is friendly and familiarizes you with the western bar and lounge

we were accomodated with our early check in request. front desk staff were very friendly.

free wifi. fridge and microwave. early check in but for $60+taxes.

the facilities are great for kids and families as well.

room service never came for cleaning if we asked then they said room service doesn't clean room

location was convenient and the pool was nice for the kids.

check in was quick - i requested early check in and we were able to check in when we arrived at 2-30pm

breakfast could have started earlier.
