friendly staff, early check in and location

staff was very accommodating (allowed for early check in and late check out)

the pool is nice

hotel was clean, comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff, great breakfast every morning, staff goes above and beyond to help in anyway

the staff was friendly the breakfast was good rooms was clean

staff welcomed us on christmas day, and even gave us an early check in option because they had the availability which was great after driving for 18 hours

they provide a shuttle and you can park your car there for a week for the low amount of $15

advertised as having outdoor pool but it was unavailable although it looked clean and ready to

on site open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 2h free shuttle service to charlotte airport, gym open

i kept calling about my reservation and for early check in and she never once got an attitude she was very professional

they were able to give us an early check in that we needed it so much due to a long travel and family with small children

upon check in the front agent quickly located our booking details and advised that early check in was available

i liked the kitchen area very cute and convenient but the bathroom was so tiny and awkward

body take your loggages it's difficult for me i have 6 suit caseso with 3 kids

when i asked the front desk clerk she acted as if i was putting her out bc she had to go to the laundry room to get them
