pool and jacuzzi not available

the excellent jets in the massage spa tub

booked the room for the spa bath

extra fot the spa and the jets didnt even work no compensation for that and also the remote didnt work and the

when we were checking in there was a lady in the pool trying to drown herself..

layout was kinda neat, had pool and hot tub that was nice and clean

location!!! staff was very helpful and allowed early check in.

the room was beautiful the spa made it even better.

night i arrived there was decaf tea in the tea area and when asked at breakfast if they had decaf tea, i was told without hesitation that they don't carry it

it had 2 pools and a golf course

and the spa and golf course gave my husband and i a little bit of alone time which was awesome

here plenty of times the staff is really nice and the bar and restaurant is good and the views are

clean and nice and the breakfast was very good with a huge assortment of food

my one complaint is that the pool was ice cold

only disappointment was pool was freezing and the pool was a criteria to stay there

and when in the hot tub a group had there young kids there and they would go from pool to hot tub but jumping in and splashing others and the

a bit more shade/umbrellas in outdoor patio area and a garbage can in pool area.

night because of memorial day weekend i guess, the pool area and courtyard area turned into a frat house besides that, after hours was pretty peaceful

were traveling from utah and texas for a funeral, had been driving for along time with kids and had many issues getting into our rooms many times

however, the wifi was sooo slow, and nothing was loading on my ipad and phone
