friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and the hotel bar was brilliant.

the balcony bar is great as you don't have to leave the hotel to have a great night

for personal reasons we requested early check in which was adhered

was superb, from the moment we walked in, freindly staff, excellent facilities throughout, & a bar that made you feel very welcome, breakfast has to be a 10/10, once again staff at breakfast

our room was near the laundry room & you could hear the machines going all night & housekeeping entered our room at

the apartments had kitchen , the free gym

the restaurant and especially the bar had great atomsphere, and the location in lisburn was good

problem we had this stay was getting through to reception to order room service

guests running up and down the halls with small kids screaming at 1am

breakfast was very good

only gripe would be that you were not permitted to take alcohol from the bar to your room

wifi was a bit hit and miss in my room

staff were very accommodating, as i have a special diet, they made sure my breakfast was suitable

hotel, staff brilliant and really helpful, food excellent - had evening meal and breakfast

of the staff were super friendly and helpful, loads of free parking and the breakfast options were

guests at the leisure centre take up a large proportion of the car parking spaces at 6pm making it difficult to park if yiu are staying at the hotel

the wifi connection was not strong enough all around the room. also the kettle was old.

staff are lovely and very accommodating, went above and beyond for us, upgrading to ensure early check in

much for the kids to do, which i knew before i booked but the price should reflect this, it was a bit expensive

and the lady we served us breakfast on both mornings was just lovely with our two small kids

was late checking in so never got to use the wifi and can't remark on it's quality, but i was able to get a clear 4g signal on roaming, so

the 'spa' & gym were very disappointing, very unclean and run down.

everything was so clean, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and great with kids

we spent a few hours in the hydro pool, swimming pool and the sauna

couldn't connect the tv to the internet for watching tv even after being provided the wifi password , i ended up connecting through my hotspot

a pen or pencil would have been handy to fill in the room service

residents bar closed very early when we rang for room service for a jug of diluted juice the staff wasn t very

downside was no fridge or water in the bedroom, we brought a bottle from the bar and it was just under 6

the outdoor space , plenty of seating areas , two hot tubs and wait for it a functional bar that is just magical you can use this and they have an honesty box

stunning, hot tub was lovely surroundings beautiful and the honesty bar was such a lovely touch

some real plus like the hot tub, the play area for the kids and the animals

kitchen had everything we needed for evening meal and fry in morning

it was that the orange, apple juices etc were not kept chilled at breakfast
