the august weekend we visited there was no room service available and the pool and other leisure facilities were

parking charges if you don't book direct with the hotel and charge for room upgrade if rooms

of any of the facilities and the fact my son could have booked water sports with the hotel or the kids club i think on check in there should be a bit more information about the facilities
