no public transport to segovia near hotel. bar at the first floor.

bar downstairs was very noisy at night, and the price of the room was quite steep for what it was

website said there was a gym, but the hotel did not have one

despite the building being quite modern it still has great style and the spanish feel

service was overall really good (with the exception of an inattentive bar tender in the afternoon)

style of building, and rooms, location, lack of pool and gym, too much like a conference centre

would have preferred there to be a bar lounge open earlier

disappointed that the pool didn’t open until 12 noon

there appeared to be too many managers wandering around doing nothing, whilst yelling the bar staff off for not being in the bar when people needed drinks

excellent room for 3. nice pool. very quiet hotel with air condition.

this was fine since our kids were older so we put them in 1 room

the room was lovely; bathroom was spotless with a spa type shower

spa bath, double shower and quality toiletries

room was great, the wifi worked perfectly and the water was hot and plentiful

location perfect and we loved the spa circuit

the staff are extremely kind, the spa was in a cave, clean, and relaxing

the staff were all fab and the spa was lovely after a day

i asked for a late check out which wasn't possible but i was offered great, sensible and useful alternatives

no price list for laundry.

one of our party was unwell and the hotel accommodated an early check in

there are coin operated laundry machines in the building next door that hotel guests are permitted to use

gym wasn t very good and treadmill didn t have a power cord
