stayed 3 times now & never been able to connect to the wifi yet

no room service - we were arriving just before 9pm

parking was easy and although there was entertainment on downstairs the soundproofing was excellent

it provided everything we needed, comfortable bed, spacious room, off road parking and a very reasonably priced restaurant on site

turned out the bar manager alerted the housekeeping manager who cleaned my room first allowing me early access

wine in the bar was very expensive but they were my only negatives

friendly staff who helped get an early check in

we got an early check in and a late check out

the tattle scones on the breakfast bar were very very tough.

and kids got awoken by someone kicking in the door opposite swearing constantly and it took at least 5

the gym. very poor equipment .either bits missing or old equipment.
