the receptionist and the bar staff observed my fall around 9:15 am on august 5

it was new and modern. contained a great lobby, seating area with a bar and outside patio.

the bar and all of the workers were very nice and welcoming!

didn’t care for attitude, demeanor of front desk attendant when asking for a few minutes early check in on way to a wedding

a group of hard working men, the laundry room was top notch and was greatly needed/appreciated

to the hot tub at 9 pm and with a soccer tournament in town there was easily 3 dozen kids in the pool which is fine but they don’t need to be swimming in the hot tub and there should

we traveled in the wee hours of the night/morning they allowed us early check in

running around in the evening trying to get kids to bed should be accommodated better

the location, the staff and my kids would say the breakfast...

the email confirmation stated that i would have a two bedroom suite since i had 2 adults and 3 kids and the room was not even close to that description

4 terrible nights because we were not given the suites we reserved, and made it stressful for the kids to sleep, despite our plea for a change we were ignored
