was please with the room and girlfriend enjoyed her spa treatment as well

our room was close to the elevator and ice room and the kids were out of their rooms past 3am

multiple outlets did not work in the room/half broke furniture/only hot water in kitchenette and spa tub

gym is finally in place. pool is working. good breakfast. nice staff.

like that some of the guests were sitting outside on chairs close to our room door where young kids were staying and those guest were smoking and drinking for hours so i wish there can be

i chose a king suite with spa bath mainly because i prefer a walk-in shower and the room and bathroom were both large and

location was excellent for our purposes and the rooms were clean and available for early check in when we requested it

was there for a wedding and very much appreciated having an early check in to be able to get ready comfortably, feel secure in the storage of my personal

courteous staff, full breakfast included was a bonus

pool a gym were closed due to covid restrictions, so that was a dissapointment but not the hotels fault

pool is small and not much seating area

found it very cold in the lobby & most especially in the pool room, both of which had cold air blowing at all times

clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were a nice bonus—we especially appreciated the gym

i liked the in-room kitchen, very handy

the added bonus was the pool/hot tub and slide

nice location and a lot of good restaurants nearby. well equipped gym. nice and modern rooms.

had been significant snowfall and the parking lot had not had any snow removal when we got there and it still hadn t been plowed the
