the hotel is clean and the pool is amazing (and that is far outshadowed by the amazing experience) was that the hot tub by the infinity pool (the closest to our room) wasn't working properly and wasn't hot (+) the food was great and the pools were quite fun (-) we would've liked to have food service at the pool but that wasn't an option but there were plenty of restaurants to choose from (+) really liked having towels at your disposal at all the pool areas (+) a pool almost at every building

during spring break and it felt really crowded with long lines for everything - breakfast, ferry, gym

it has a beautiful golf course, live music in the evenings and activities for children during the day

the entire team truly went above and beyond for us and our kids

gym smells like mold with equipment rusting

must see place. a jewel resort and unique experience. kids love it.
