arrived for a wedding, early check in was possible, efficient and friendly staff both at reception and the bar, rooms

request for early check in was confirmed but when we arrived ,the staff at the reception denied that

late check out was a bonus

and very helpful staff, also milk and freshly made cookies at bedtime were a nice touch for the kids

the staff were excellent throughout, especially the people at reception although breakfast was excellent and again very efficient

the pool was flippin' nippy, but the kids were unswayed.

room where we stayed 307 was very very noisy it was a family room and the kids had difficulty sleeping

staff were difficult to locate and had to go speak to bar staff

always stay at the grand when we want a night away from the kids

have liked to order food in hotel or have a room service option

i wish there had been room service menus in the room for us to order
