as an electric car owner i really appreciated charging stations right in the parking lot

easy to reach by car and parking is well organized next to the reception

in the lounge bar not great

the breakfast was excellent as was the room service we had delivered as we did not want to leave the villla

was delicious in every detail, the meal we had on monday night fabulous, the well stocked honesty bar for a relaxing evening on the terrace or by the fire, the library and music room

the honesty bar was nice touch and the house was gorgeous and felt very at home

there is a bar where customers can serve themselves

toni has set up the bar so high, that we feel like we might never be able to get a better experience somewhere else

the honesty bar & the breakfast we re just incredible and could not recommend this wonderful, magical hotel

the breakfast was the best breakfast i ve had anywhere

the pool is huge and the breakfast was outstanding including serrano, salmon and freshly squeezed orange juice

they could knock on our door waking us up at 9am we would rush out to breakfast with our pool stuff and returning to room all tired after 3 hour of swimming and lunch

would have been easier and clear to already have kitchen equipment in the kitchen available

have to pay 20 per person to use the spa is a bit unfair considering the cost of the rooms, this cost could be reduced or removed

the salad bar in the evening had a good selection

the only down side was the chairs outside the room, in the bar, restaurant and roof top bar were very uncomfortable

premium villa is a perfect size for a couple with two kids

food menu in bar was quite limited for kids

the children loved chilling in the salt water pool

spent 648 for 3 nights for 2 kids 3 adults and only got to go to terra mitica once as was closed for the 2 out of 3 days of our

staff refused to provide the buggy facility and asked us to lift all the luggage on our own with kids to the reception

could not fault the hotel, food was fabulous great selection, kids loved the entertainment and the pool was just amazing

i think the bar menu needs more variety in food but overall happy with whats to offer

for kids they have a very nice mini club and there are some activities which are not free but very good

fantastic spa , with one of the best thai massages i ve had outside of thailand

the staff are all genuinely lovely, especially at the bar by the main pool, in the spa, and the bell boys

like to have seen a bar as beautiful as the pools to sit round in the evenings

pool is incredible, the grounds are beautiful, rooms are modern, spacious and everything is as new,

time it took to get a drink at the pool bar!

the spa area was under maintenance, so we did not get to experience it unfortunately, but we will come
