the resort is beautiful, the location is fantastic and we really loved the kayaks, beach, pools, hot tubs, kids club, rooms, balcony with hammock, restaurants and the great services of the

are: - rethink obligation of dress code all over the restaurant, but specially ate the poolside bar (does it really make sense (-)poolside bar food isn't that great but it's just a quick/casual place to grab a bite to eat after being at (-)resort but often children monopolized many of the large pool areas to include the swim up bars (+)at the beach bar was the best (-) some of the bar tenders at the swim up bars were not friendly

we were there for a wedding and the bride reserved reservations for 5 of us for a spa day months in advanced and had even talked to the spa manager on the phone

complimentary green fees at playa mujeres golf club were also excellent

it could do with a few more evening locations, i think the piano bar was not in action because they were using it as a covid testing area, so maybe if that had been

the room service staff always knocked on the door to get a tip even though we had the do not disturb

bars/nightlife: on the trs coral side of the resort, we had a few lobby bars and a rooftop bar

when walking to the palladium side there are so many golf carts you can barely walk a few feet without having to pull in or let them pass

carts one of the best experiences never had to walk a minute he would be ready outside with the golf cart to take you anywhere in the resort

good facilities. nice pool, loungers and gym.

the pool in the family selection area is super small full of little kids and the main pool is too far

« black and white » section for kids/teens was useless as most machines/games were non functional
