just wish the gym and the shops were open

the opulence, customer service (from the valet and wait staff to room service and beyond). (+) room service was fast and efficient (+)staff was rude we paid the stay in cash also left some amount for extras however when we ordered room service in middle of night they call us from resturant that you don t have credit and we are (-) no room service after 10pm

is above and beyond from the welcome note found in our room, the wine and cheese picnic, and our breakfast

cozy home like environment and the breakfast was really good.

they do not have a pool, but being near the beach off-sets not having a pool.

the only staff you see is a maid or 2 and the workers at the bar above the hotel

it's right under the cantina, so it can be loud (movements upstairs) when the bar was open.

yet spent all night listening to the traffic on the freeway and kids rrunning up and down the hall above us

as i had been camping without facilities for a couple of days, i requested and received an early check in

had two kids trying to homeschool and the internet wasn't working the best

i enjoyed the shared kitchenette being separated from room but the hot plate didn't work

needs its own freezer/microwave just for convenience, but they provide that in the communal kitchen

however, there was a kitchen station on the property

there is a kitchen available for all occupants to use

the shared kitchen was a thoughtful and convenient addition

wanted to get in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi

tiny pool, jacuzzi was down, ice machine was broke

it's very hard when the kids have to be on the softball field with empty stomachs

the pool, the hot tub, the rudeness of staff

the pool and jacuzzi appeared very old

we also loved relaxing out a the pool and hot tub

place was clean and modern, the rooms were clean and modern, the staff was nice, the rooftop bar was really fun

had a table at the rooftop bar on friday evening and our server was very friendly and provided excellent service

we very much like the atmosphere of the pool and the roof top bar

so we were left with no choice but to put our kids traveling with us elsewhere

the morning breakfast was disappointing, only fruit

hot tub pool could have been cleaner. was not enticing enough to use. seemed neglected.
