chef that worked in the snack bar outside pool area was brilliant, he was always smiling (not sure of his name) marco was also (-)order taken on a few occasions, this meant we had to keep getting up ourselves and wait at the bar to order our drinks with our meal (+)location ,not far from the restaurants and bars,comfy beds ,great staff,all so helpful and friendly (+)focussed staff from the cleaners through to the restaurant, bar and entertainment (+) clean good bar and super breakfast couldn't ask more (+) kitchen, bar area, pool and toilets very clean (+) the entertainment was also superb each night as was the lovely bar staff, great prices on drinks to as we went half board (-)lifts a bit slow to reach floor 9, poolside bar could of been opened a little earlier. control, a child of 7yrs old with a toddler was allowed to leave the dining room to enter the bar area and just run a mock for nearly half an hour and return to the dining room where the
