landscaping and pool were very nice

rooms were flat like with nice kitchen, living area and balcony with a view to the pool

would have liked a roll of kitchen paper towel i

we had a full kitchen, two bath tubs

clean very nice had a outside area to relax away from the pool staff was very friendly great neighborhood has a bistro to eat dinner and

no breakfast, coffee and liquor bar was closed.

- health and safety measure not applied for covid - no space to sit/chairs at the pool - hotel gym below basic level vs other

it could be fully opened, making this a bit of a hazard if kids stayed there

also there were no amenities at this unit location as an ice maker, laundry or vending machines as they do offer in the their other vacation village properties in

every morning i had to go to the laundry to get packets of coffee

the rooms itself were very nice, including the spa tub with the jets made for a great staycation

this hotel is not close to any beach and the pool is basic but clean

it displayed no apps as in other rooms such as blind control, lights control, room service, etc

staying the night that a large children's soccer tournament was in house, and the sounds of the kids running up and down the halls was unbearable simply due to the way the place is constructed

wifi was awlful

loud, cheer group there and kids running up & down the halls all night long

the gym was not as advertised and no golf course.

hard rock met all my expectations. staff very friendly, casino and room very clean.

also i was a little surprised kids were allowed in the new pool area

not much for kids to do in the evening

requested late check out from 11am to 12pm and was denied

the mixed drinks were awful at the center bar in casino

the price for the breakfast was said to be usd 160

upstairs bar in the pool area - no one spoke english - made ordering drinks a bit difficult

the breakfast was amazing! full buffet with smoked salmon!

breakfast ends too early. this was second stay and i missed it again

nor that the laundry facilities were in a dark dank, filthy area and the the machines appear not to be working

fact that i canceled with another hotel just because i wanted a pool and the pool was closed, but i understand it is out of all our control this pandemic that's

no eggs for breakfast except boiled. no meat with breakfast

ada requirements, like enough room under the bed if you travel with a lift, enough room and grab bars around the toilet, the bar for hanging clothes in the closet was halfway down

didn’t have time for drinks the evening we arrived but the bar seemed nice

we have been one night and we slept well, the room was spacious enough for my wife and your 2 kids, everything was clean, quiet and modern, wifi was great and free parking
