(-) bathroom is having bath where also to shower - not as convenient with kids and overall (+) it s clean and comfort for kids (+)wanted anything to drink which was a positive thing the front desk talked about that included kids and smoothies that my 11 year old was excited about (-)us adjoining rooms, which made it annoying to have to go out into the public hall to get to the kids room (+)a great hotel, staff was wonderful, loved the extras like the slushies by the pool for kids and champagne and snacks in the afternoon (-)hot tub was always full of kids (-) the pool was always crowded with kids screaming and horse playing (-) if i was alone with my kids i would not be able to bring all the stuff on my own

i just wish you could make the area behind the bar much cooler for your workers

i have a until saturday july 22nd and if my husband goes to get the breakfast, the personnel at the kitchen constantly harrasess him asking him what is he doing there,

we basically had to beg for toiletry service and waited hours for any type of bags for the kitchen and dish soap and any housekeeping services like extra towels etc
