lastly, even though it was explained upon checking in that use of the gym had to be scheduled in advance and
the room was dirty (shower with hair and nails), the bar closes very early; not welcoming front desk
the restaurant was not prepared for a large group and the shuttle was not functioning
toilet was too low (for kids) and the toilet tank kept the water running when you flush

they gave us complimentary late check out which was very helpful because we stayed with the kids
the only complaint would be more variety in the breakfast and we miss having the bar!
the restaurant food is sub par (we tried it) and it is a boutique style hotel with kitchenettes that would
our son liked to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and enjoyed splashing in the hotel pool and playing
