the gym was small but great

maid staff was near when we checked in she asked if we needed extra towels because we brought our kids which

we were also given the opportunity to move to a tent with private parking space but it was v dark and i didn

allocated parking space weren t very clear which resulted in someone parking in our spot.

was a fully stocked kitchen and various tea options and a hot tea kettle which made it easy for me to drink tea

although private and personal, there is a communal kitchen, dinner and lounge area

bathrooms, a lot of charm and personal touch and a large shared living room and well-equipped kitchen where one

breakfast was suspended due to covid & the kitchen was closed off.

decor: lovely artwork, furnishings, well-appointed kitchen and very pretty dining area with many windows looking

hot pool, jacuzzi and the 24 hr gym was the highlight

the views are great and we booked a two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen which was perfect for a family

it was soooo clean, the fridge and kitchen were clean, the beds (we got a king bed and a full bed instead of

my kids loved that our room had bunk beds for them

the pool looked fantastic but it was a little too cool when we were there to get in

we did have a large spider in our room, but the kids found it to be fun to watch and eventually chased it out

wifi was terrible

wifi connection. it was very spotty...lost many times.

restaurant did not answer phone for take out and when i went to order at bar i was ignored for about 4 minutes

the wifi in our room wasn't very good but i went over to the lobby and it was better

the spa was also fantastic and well worth it

was beautiful with the cool spring in the back proving to be a refreshing playground for my kids

close to national park entrance and 10min walk to park visiter centre
