although private and personal, there is a communal kitchen, dinner and lounge area

breakfast was suspended due to covid & the kitchen was closed off.

house was relaxing and it was nice to be able to use the kitchen and back yard

was a fully stocked kitchen and various tea options and a hot tea kettle which made it easy for me to drink tea

so no need to worry about parking inside the zion np

our room was spotless, the grounds, pool/hot tub, everything was in perfect condition

it fit our needs perfectly. it was right by the shuttle so very convenient.

completely updated, clean rooms, central location, pet friendly, parking right outside the rooms, beautiful

are a few things like the lighting in the bathroom & the faucets in the kitchen that need improvements

sadly for us a group of young kids came in at 11 pm and skateboarded in their room and partied until 12:30 when

electrical outlet in the living room didn't have any cover, which made it unsafe for our little kids

we had no problem with our pet, and we were on the ground floor

very limited parking

only difficulty was the parking. just a little cramped.

the location was great and having parking available was a plus

the price was very reasonable and it included a free voucher for breakfast at the nearby diner

kids fed animals on the family farm

columbia gorge is newer, zion is closer to the park, outdoor spa/plunge, restaurants

we were also given the opportunity to move to a tent with private parking space but it was v dark and i didn

allocated parking space weren t very clear which resulted in someone parking in our spot.

staff was very friendly, you got a lot for your money, a full kitchen, a fridge, a bathroom area with a mirror

great location, view, deck, trails. big bathroom. large open bedroom-living room. full kitchen

views are great, not too far from zion; decor/furnishings loved the vibe, kitchen appliances and grill

cute decor, usable kitchenette (hot plate and toaster), very clean.

overall a great stay, kitchen could stocked a little better but we were able to manage

ranch is a nice territory with a nice restaurant (we ate in this restaurant each day) and a pool

the kids had fun exploring the property and the staff was really great

my kids loved having there own rooms and we did as well

the master room wouldn't close for us, or the maintenance guy so we ended up in the room with the kids

they have pullout sofas but no sheets so the kids just slept with their blankets
