the hotel was incredible acreek runs thru the property they have picnic tables,pool jacuzzi and laundry facilities oh and a restaurant with an amazing 5 star chief i can't say enough good things

the staff was wonderful they have a laundry center which made life so much easier after being on the road over a week and having wet

facilities: restaurant on site is a separate business, no bar or lounge

the pool and laundry/ice room were so convenient

hotel has laundry facility which we didn't use but it is definitely a bonus

the kitchen is fully equipped

there was a small kitchen with a microwave and a nespresso machine which was nice

grab-and-go breakfast was plentiful, especially for my kids

spa under the stars was fun

the included breakfast far surpassed any other buffet style breakfast most of the chain hotels provide

nice pool, beautiful grounds, close to the park, restaurants and shopping

plus they have hiking sticks, dvds you can borrow, and laundry :) so beautiful too

we would have loved to be on the back side of the building closer to the animals but the kids felt safe going from our room to the back

very convenient location and very friendly people. i liked getting the breakfast coupons

were extremely satisfied with the atmosphere and of the location was perfect, especially with our kids, the mountains surrounding made it even better

i did use that laundry, the machines were large, quick, and efficient

staff were helpful and the laundry room was really useful ( just $2 for a wash and another $2 for the dry)

my kids loved that our room had bunk beds for them

they were in construction, pool/gym/lobby were closed. room outdated

location ( just a bit outside of town but access to the free shuttle into town), coupled with clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice pool, made this an enjoyable

i arrived, the clerk at the front desk told me i'd have to use the zion national park shuttle to access hiking trails, and that the shuttle had just begun running that weekend, with a

great location for exploring zion, shuttle stop, fantastic views, convenient dining on site

we loved the pool and hot tub

there was also a springdale shuttle stop conveniently located right outside the hotel

those has ev, the hotel has two ev chargers onsite

we appreciate the on-site, self-service laundry facilities as we like to launder our clothes after hiking in zion national park

breakfast is surprisingly completes within hot dishes, fruits, fresh machined coffee and tea

the pool area is quite nice and the hot tub was open even though it was january

the hot tub and spa were both very enjoyable

there is a spa on premises but i did not use it

the spa was excellent as well

super swimming pool and excellent restaurant

the rooms were perfect, bed was very comfy, the pool and sun loungers were lovely, i could have spent all day there reading my book

can walk right to zion national park rather than catching the springdale shuttle

we crossed the street and hopped on the znp shuttle, and we also walked to every restaurant

it's right across the street from one of the shuttle stops, and right around the corner from zion adventures, where we rented e-bikes and water

the heating system wasn't always responsive/ a little difficult to figure out at times - kitchen could be better

overall a great stay, kitchen could stocked a little better but we were able to manage

the place is new, with top of the line finishes and a kitchen with everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook

a lot of bugs in and out the room, but very nice kitchen and bbq stand

the accommodations were great for my family clean fresh comfortable oh and the breakfast they provide

the space was perfect for my wife and i but if we had our three kids it would have been plenty of room
