amazing hotel! amazing breakfast. the best pool ever.

i absolutely loved the pool

perhaps the pool was smaller than anticipated but adequate. the tv's could use an update.

loved the setting of the resort, it is covered in palm trees to provide enough shade and the two pools were perfect for our two children

very well maintained and there was plenty of shady spots to relax with our little dog while the kids played around in the pools

price in valencia - pretty easy to park somewhere around the hotel - ultra fast and consistent wifi, with many access points around the hotel - snacks available at the vending machine

(-)got the wifi to work (-)there was no wifi in my room (-)wifi did not reach very well in the bedroom in all parts (-) no tv or wifi at all

the hostel has everything you need a kitchen, pool, relaxing garden, and the rooms are very modern

we had a 4 years old with us who needed a piece of fruit and we were told there was no room service at that time when i asked for any piece of fruit for the child, the server felt bad

nice with a local supermarket but really get what you want reasonably priced anyways with the room service at all hours disposal from our experience at least

wifi quality can be improved

everything about our stay was impeccable, from the communication with the staff, the room service, cleanliness, comfort and location

are all very minor, but here goes wifi randomly disconnected, unlinking my device from chromecast in the middle of a show bathroom is

as it was pretty quiet the bar man wasn t always available as i believe he would have to do room service too but you can always ring reception so he can come up and assist you
