centrally located, great staff, cheap bar downstairs

had full use of the spa facilities which were all very clean and high standard

hotel, room was lovely and big, bed was very comfortable, loads of parking, plenty of places to eat and drink and we used the pool and spa everything was great will

the bed is very comfortable and spa bath massive and luxurious

honesty bar in the reception and ice machine running 24/7, perfect

breakfast was abundant and delicious with so much choice, we felt very spoilt

you can have room service if you wish but we enjoyed having it in the breakfast room

and our room wasn't quite ready but we were made very welcome, the lovely lady showed us into the bar and gave us a complimentary drink while we waited

the breakfast was very nice also, including the service

was a room service option but no way to actually order this apart from go to reception

we got upgraded to a chalet which was unexpected but really lovely, the spa bath is huge and easily fit both of us and it was nice to have a place to sit outside

instead so no manor issue but would of been nice as we both hate eating in bed when it came to room service

room was clean comfortable and had good wifi access

the wifi is too slow,even the bbc tv channels were poor reception with pixelation

room was great, large bed for adults and split separate space for 2 single beds where kids stayed

for where we wanted to visit, the hotel took every precaution to make sure guests and staff save, breakfast wonderful as usual

really nice very clean and warm so cosy and did not expect room service second mornings we had only booked for 2 nights, every staff member we met in hotel

the pool jacuzzi steam room and gym were excellent

gym is very very out staff which surprises me considering how nice the hotel and pool is

gym & the hotel is used for weddings which obviously brings in a lot of money

hotel advertise room service however, this finishes at the same time as the restaurant service so i'm not sure they

gym and pool, dated and needs a refurb...as the sign on the door mentions its due to be done.
