bedroom lovely, wifi, lots of tea selection, water ( 20) from durham station; spotlessly clean, comfortable room with tea / coffee, toiletries, wifi (+) wifi brilliant as well (+) smart tv with great wifi signal (+) wifi great, breakfast very good, staff very friendly and parking excellent (+) good wifi (-) we had no wifi for our 3 night stay
breakfast was exceptional and the team could not have done any more to make us feel welcome

fitness room is modern and thoughtfully designed - better than most hotel gyms
the room was lovely, good size, extras treats (for easter) for the kids, comfortable, clean and well well equipped
staff are friendly and helpful, snacks available to buy at the front desk as well as room service which is handy if you don t want to/can t go out
should be a manual in each room explaining the facilities, wifi etc
reminds me of a hotel for kids or something

arriving late at the hotel parking near to the main hotel building is a bit of a struggle
fusion restaurant spa the room
there were several ev charging points available
compared to other golf and spa hotels it's in the right price range
we stepped through the hotel room door, the view out of our doubles doors that lead on to the golf course is amazing

that we didn t receive we were too tired from the journey to go out for food so we ordered room service, not knowing we had to go down to reception to put credit on the room first
the room was really spacious with its own kitchen and living area
lovely breakfasts and comfy beds and for the more energetic a smashing wee gym
the food in the restaurant could of been more to cater for kids
gym, spaciousness of room and location to city centre
