good wifi, as i needed to work while in the room

before arriving i spoke to the staff to try to get an early check in as i was going to a wedding

have stayed here regularly with and without my kids

room has microwave. very nice coffee machine in lobby. good 24/7 room service menu

that it had a balcony in the room to smoke also a kitchen with everything washing machine hob

fitness room is modern and thoughtfully designed - better than most hotel gyms

didn't have brilliant success with the wifi

lovely hotel. very modern and staff were very friendly. great atmosphere at the bar with the dj

hotel has a great location with great views of the tyne and close to the vibrant key side bars and restaurants

the gym was excellent

excellent, grounds lovely, river walk in grounds superb, room clean and spacious with mini bar and coffee maker, big bath with

more staff serving in the bar area at busy times

breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the staff were so accommodating and

the difference being a chocolate fiend suggest allowing repeat guests to have a complimentary bar of chocolate would be awesome if cheeky

we got our breakfast at the hotel as well, and the food was made fresh and was delicious, as well as having a

pool was great for a leisurely swim

room service was lovely

my husband played golf, which was easy to book and i enjoyed walking the 18 holes with him, on a perfect afternoon

we enjoyed breakfast in the morning in the room, had 2 rounds on the driving range and really relaxed in the

twice no butter arrived with our meal/ breakfast but we got charged for room service
