was very nice except we requested a non smoking room but did not get one and there was a smell but

breakfast could use improvement.

the bathroom has mildew, and the smell when you walk in is of dirty laundry

we stayed in the kitchenette room this time

parking steps away from room

room by the pool with very noisy kids

best part is the room; clean, interestingly furnished (sort of art deco), kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator

clean, charming, accommodating. fully furnished kitchen

pet friendly

the location, the staff was excellent, the cleanliness of the whole property easy parking.

counter tiles in kitchen and bathroom need to be sealed so little bugs don't gather on cookies or

guests staying in rooms on upper floor (this was not mentioned anywhere on the booking website), kitchen nook

food in resturant is high quality. upstairs piano bar was a fun place. everyone was friendly

overall, the facilities within the room - kitchen/diner,

site parking lot can become difficult to navigate if several large vehicles are parked poorly

i love it , they even have a complementary laundry room for guests

partially shaded pool was great for protection from sunburns

parking lot was tiny. plenty of parking but lots of tight squeezing.

the parking is tight but if you follow the instructions there is really no issue

the only negative would be the parking. the parking is a little tight but they have improved it.

the gentleman bartender at the pool. and the cookie when we arrived. also the beds were comfy.

there were a lot of kids in the hot tub.

there is a nice restaurant and a cute little bar by the pool

great pool, hot tub, tiki bar with great bartenders and a beautiful clean beach

both nights i needed the soothing comfort, there were very little kids and/or overly affectionate teens

full kitchen which i used to make breakfast

one books the property, it states that parking is included, but then the check in instructions and invoice adds

the pool was awesome!

the hotel / management; consider an reviewing their pet fees

there is shuttle service to and from the hotel/airport

kids were playing on the rope, which is a safety hazard for the kids who need to see it and can't

on the beach and outside patio bar were great

they have a shuttle that stays in front of hotel and late at night it's not fun walking through a dark parking

drinks at the tiki bar were quite expensive for the size and alcohol content.

front desk was very helpful and made getting my laundry done a breeze

beautiful view. great pool. right on the beach. room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

wifi very slow , balcony without any chair .

terrible wifi - constantly disconnecting

beautiful pool and excellent beach access.

issue: microwaves only on certain floors in laundry rooms

we also really enjoyed that there was a full service restaurant at the pool so we could order food and eat it

lots of different restaurants, great staff , outside bar area and pool

the gym had no weights, just cardio machines, i don't care for sleep number beds.

breakfast needs improvement but the most i loved about the place is that i was able to fish and

there was nothing we didn't like about the place, maybe the pool could be warmer but it was just what we wanted

was not told about the wifi

wifi not to strong

i checked in, i was not advised by staff that the wifi was down, and the cable was out
