also, when my room service was done - rubbish was not collected, towels not changed and glasses not washed

wifi is bad specially for a business trip. bathroom not very clean.

neighbors, family screaming loudly, arguing for lengthy time and kids crying nonstop, room moved and new neighbors

it was all good johnny in the shuttle was great thank you for a great start to our vacation

son went to use the microwave on the 14th floor in the laundry area one night and he said there were about 5-6

very comfortable bed and good wifi signal in the room

could not afford room service or breakfast

i liked the granite vanity, as well as the mini kitchen fridge and counter area

great views, staff was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. nice pool bar too!

i would say the pool and attached tiki bar is fine but nothing special, and the parking lot needs paving

condo was far away from the pool and bar so it was quiet
