loved the pool

breakfast was great. the location was good.

construction workers, they seemed to always be walking in the parking lot or hanging outside

parking who lost my car twice,, restaurants that do not offer side plates, apparently no bread or room service

kitchen faucet did not function well

it is pet friendly, but you cannot take the dogs on the beach or anywhere near the pool area so what is

the fitness center was very old

nice fitness facilities, free coffee and drinks in the lobby

walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants, but there is free parking at the beach

the wifi access was reliable and speed was good

the kids channels in the rooms were very fuzzy and not clear

the pool and courtyard are amazing and they have pool and beach toys for the kids

found this little gem a fantastic location excellent staff i would recommend this to anybody my kids had a blast

not sure what can be done - we all had kids in our younger days, but it was an issue

nothing. the resort is perfect with the exception of weak wifi and that is a local area problem.

wifi did not work very well but then again we came to relax and there are many locations in town

my only complaint is unstable wifi.

the screaming kids in the pool and dogs barking.

the pool was filthy and we were told by the owner that it would be ready for my kids to get in the following

staff, great breakfast, free wifi free bottled water, beach towels provided prompt maid service, nice tv channel

at answering questions over the phone pre arrival- we arrived in an rv and there was ample parking and allowed

the only negative would be the parking. the parking is a little tight but they have improved it.

parking lot was tiny. plenty of parking but lots of tight squeezing.

there is not lucy for kids to do other than go to the beach, pool and ride bikes if they brought them

there was nothing we didn't like about the place, maybe the pool could be warmer but it was just what we wanted

i checked in, i was not advised by staff that the wifi was down, and the cable was out

wish there cotto s have been 2 mirrors ave a kitchen sink, but, we will absolutely stay again and again

they left us the code for the door, but to our surprise the sofabed wasn t made for my kids

make this 10 points, we would suggest to add a small kitchen facility with faucet, plates, cutlery, cups

we missed a sink in the kitchen. it would have been helpful as this is a self-catering venue
