lounge area, pool, pool table and outside patio were excellent for our large group

this property doesn't even have bath tubs much less the spa tub i paid extra for

cleanliness, well lit parking lot and location

room was nice, the parking was so convenient, it was close to everything

for breakfast there was not enough varieties

reception staff was helpful and friendly but the bar man was rude, unhelpful and had no customer service skills

however, we could hear people talking late into the night, possibly from the pool area.

kids couldn t eat wat they wanted for breakfast

website doesn t say the pool is closed until may and the bar hasn t been open since covid per staff member

the gym and pool area were spacious, although only 1 of the 6 treadmills worked

beautiful view room was clean staff was friendly love the indoor pool

was advertised online and on the sign outside the back entrance that they shuttle service to georgia world

no free parking and bad habits when arrive at hotel especially with kids arriving

when inquiring about it at check out, i was told it was the kitchen

my boyfriend and i really enjoyed our stay, the food and spa was wonderful as well as the employee

miss the full menu options i have enjoyed before covid from room service

wifi to be payed, the whole night noice from the grill house in front, noisy live music in hotels

i had ordered room service and the food came out not so great

was friendly, professional, and welcoming; food was excellent; entertainment in the bar on fri

i loved the kitchen and big fridge with ice

i enjoyed everything except the laundry room the dryer was broken and it took me more than 2 hours to dry my

kitchen facilities were very good, which was important to us

kitchen had stove, microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, pots/pans

the pool. needs some updating.

the only improvement i can recommend is that pool probably needs renovated

minutes away from all the attractions i was in town for, and unlike the other hotels, had free parking

wifi was slow it tended to disconnect several times or take for ever to load

minor the coffee bar area was cute, but there was no outlet to cook the coffee in it
