loved that they provide shuttle service to the campus - emory! a big plus.

shuttle option was also very convenient

they shuttled us to and from the hospital so we never had to get our car out in atlanta traffic

room service takes very long and the front desk didn t have access to towels

the pool bar closing at 5:30pm

eventually, after expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager offered a refund for our breakfast, which i accepted

no room service available from 9pm to 7am

was friendly, professional, and welcoming; food was excellent; entertainment in the bar on fri

the drinks in the in room bar were over priced, but the selection of liquor was excellent top shelf

i would have liked to have a wet bar and snacks available in the room.

good location for restaurants , upscale shopping . great spa and indoor pool

the noon check out time makes it most appealing to me. the gym was fantastic as was the staff.

slide patio door was open and almost could not lock they need to put a metal or wood bar down as another deterrent for bad slide

a convent location the valet guys were extremely nice all of them and the food from the bar was great
