only thing was the indoor pool wasn t available due to renovation

free parking, the rooms were clean, and the gym was open 24/7.

they have their own parking garage , which they do not charge extra for

accommodating, pet friendly hotel, with lovely restaurant with outdoor seating and a great upper story view

the next problem was the kids on the floor i was placed, that ran up and down the hallway and slept there all

charged for wifi and parking

was nice & clean but i didn t have any trash bags in my trash can so i had to use the dirty laundry bag they

although we didn't use the shuttle service, we thought that was really convenient to have that option

everything from the staff to the room the pool the look and feel of the hotel!! it's all amazing

however, we could hear people talking late into the night, possibly from the pool area.

no inside pool or jacuzzi i was looking forward to it and so was my kids

no indoor pool, only outdoor one, but weather was too cold

reception staff was helpful and friendly but the bar man was rude, unhelpful and had no customer service skills

the hotel was clean, it had a bed,shower, tv, free wifi and parking

the entrances and exits were limited and kinda narrow but i loved the free parking

wonderful amenities and awesome to have marlow's tavern attached to the hotel that provides room

i m glad this hotel is also pet friendly, this way we can always bring our fur babies

shower water pressure was very low. pool depth could have been a little deeper for swimming.

to stay with kids and have any privacy

wifi sucked i could only get my phone to connect to it not my laptop.

the hidden $4 wifi fee floor dirty

so i call the front desk and he tells me theres nothing they can do until morning because the laundry room that

poor wifi and the room is very outdated please get rid of the carpet 1st!

the grounds of the facility was dirty with trash on the parking lot and trash cans running over.

i had ordered room service and the food came out not so great
