that everything else was clean the room was nice and it was easy excess to the pool ..

a fridge, a microwave and a small kitchen, very clean and functional

was described as having kitchen facilities- but there was no plates/cups/glasses/flatware - so no way of making tea or

location was great got an early check in and staff was friendly.

the pool was locked. pillows to soft and bed soft. had to turn tv on and off by hand.

pool was empty. i assume because of covid but kids were disappointed.

we ate in the bar and the bartender was very helpful and pleasant, as were the staff at the check-in and

have bellmen with golf carts to help move bags/luggage to your room; they are polite and helpful

kids said the pool seemed dirty.

the drain in the kitchen sink was not connected tightly and leaked

table and chairs at the foot of the bed , kitchenette not supplied with anything, just a few paper plates

little offered for kitchen ette at least a toaster

good kitchen facilities but no cutlery.

our room had a private balcony and overlooked the pool and the ocean

the wifi was very weak in the room.

super friendly staff, nice and clean heated pool, pool view was also with sea view from the second floor, the place is nice and well maintained

i would suggest eliminating the bar and returning the solarium room to it's original design

gas fireplace is a great touch and full access to the spa facility with no extra charge.

beautiful landscaping, to the outdoor garden bar, to sitting by a fire enjoying a sunset, to the spa with fresh cucumbers on the cold face towels, to the drinks at the bistro, to the incredibly

outdoor jacuzzi and spa resting area are incredibly invigorating

the spa area was a bit confusing. a little more direction or a map would be nice.
