breakfast cuz of covid but place was great & clean lived the pool & town house i was in cuz it was like home

the room was very big, clean and had fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge)

lights under the cooking hood and the kitchen cabinet were both in need of new bulbs

they have the option of kitchens, although when we asked for a cleaner room with actual beds (not just fold outs) the

price, with laundry facility that was helpful to have after our long trip

could not be put below 68 degrees, there was some construction going on and one of the outdoor pool bar employees was super grumpy

the day we arrived, the small whirlpool area was packed and people left towels reserving empty chairs so you couldn’t sit anywhere

the hotel and spa are breathtakingly beautiful

i asked for early check in but they really try hard to honor request

a lot of spider webs and bugs on the balcony along with the kitchen area.

water park was good size, warm and fun, very clean; since the weather was cold and rainy, my kids basically had 4 visits to the water park in 2 days - 3 saturday and one sunday

needed extra pillows and towels - very quick room service for that .

suite was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids

parking was super close to the room which made it easy for unloading, and it was super cute that

close to everything. friendly staff. pool was spot on. breakfast was perfect. updated hotel.

comfy staff was great and good company food was pretty good and i liked the mad hatter cafe bar tender was fabulous on

i wasn't expecting to have to pay for breakfast.

the general manager was very polite and making sure everything was perfect during breakfast hours, and made sure my family and i were served during our late arrival

allowed us to have a late check out so kids could enjoy the pool one last time

breakfast was a plus in the morning and great variety

gave us recommendations and early check in

the manager went above and beyond to accomodate us with an early check in

jacuzzi , swimming pool the room, everything was very good for my 3 visits. thank you very much

used the pool and the jacuzzi without showering, as there were no showers nearby

the hot tub, pool and outside bbq was a very nice touch

wifi was very slow which we needed for our touristy travels which made things difficult for our

like cigarette burns on pillow cases, sticky stuff all over the remote control to the tv, mini golf right outside my bathroom, it was very

great location ,friendly staff ,nice pool, walking distance to mini golf and restaurants

the housekeepers did a wonderful job, but throughout the day my kids tracked in sand, dirt etc

indoor pool was delightful

we were able to walk to mini-golf, ice-cream, and

hotel is perfect and the pool is spectacular
