the pool looked dirty and unmaintained

the pool was locked. pillows to soft and bed soft. had to turn tv on and off by hand.

location was great got an early check in and staff was friendly.

they closed the pool for the season to early rooms need to be updated trouble with tv connection

some families from our baseball team also stayed here, and there was lots of space for the kids to play whiffle ball outside

the hotel and spa are breathtakingly beautiful

spa ambience and the service staff were excellent

the spa was lovely and the services were just what we needed

the day we arrived, the small whirlpool area was packed and people left towels reserving empty chairs so you couldn’t sit anywhere

and having laundry service was convenient as well

water pressure in the shower was low. couldn’t get the light in the laundry room to work

price, with laundry facility that was helpful to have after our long trip

is it would have been nice to have some paper towels and/or washcloths to utilize in the kitchen

small problems with the drains in bathroom and kitchen, and the extractor in the bathroom was very dirty

laundry room on the property was just so convenient and cheap

also there was a jacuzzi in the inside pool area which was great because i've been hotel hopping for the past 2 years now and never had a

pool hot tub cold and breakfast wasn't big

cabinets had obvious dirt and grime around handles, there was dirt and trash inside couch and the kitchen trash was full upon arrival

the indoor pool area was great and the hot tub was relaxing

no charging ports . a little kitchenette, but not a single glass, silver ware, plate etc...

staff said they did not have a kitchen

was described as having kitchen facilities- but there was no plates/cups/glasses/flatware - so no way of making tea or

what upset me most, were the empty kitchen cabinets

keeping missed us on second day and did not clean the kitchen area or replenished coffee or towels on the third

lots of easy parking

the location was great and it had affordable laundry services

only thing i would change is room service. they do not have it at this hotel.

nice location quite mini golf and ice cream just around the corner

great location ,friendly staff ,nice pool, walking distance to mini golf and restaurants

nice wading pool for little ones, my kids had fun

there was an indoor and outdoor pool and directly next door was a cool looking miniature golf place for families to enjoy

arrived early on the property and we requested an early check in

they accommodated early check in on day of arrival which was amazing

it was adorable. the kids loved it.

a greeting… showed up at 2 was told to come back at 3 as they were to busy to accommodate an “early check in” mind you there were maybe two cars in the parking lot
