you could hear from your room kids playing at the pool

first, the spa is incredible

no tv nor wifi in the rooms

loads of activities for kids

el spa y los paisajes

the wifi was intermittent which was tricky for us as we were travelling and needed information

the heated swimming pool and excellent fitness center

and pool service was not good

- same criticism for the bar of the restaurant

the gym

too hot, small room, you can hear everything in the rooms near the pool

we booked a golf course view room and got a totally different dull one with no views at all.

a closed complex - very safe for kids

wifi in room wasn't good. restaurant food was ok.

are very pretty, golf course , pool very nice

breakfast was good, location excellent, parking lot too small!!!!!!

place, unfortunately this day in age wifi is very important

pet friendly, but if you dont want your dog to interact with other dogs, don't bring it

and they only entirely uncovered to pool for one single day during our stay

very friendly and helpful, very good communication, the beds were comfortable, the green area, pool, and jacuzzi

very kind and friendly staff, large pool (if it is open), flexible check-in

took 15 min to arrive, trickling shower, cold dark rooms, burnt cigarette hole in the sofa, stale breakfast,

room, hot tub not working and dirty, breakfast horrible, sending money by bank transfer extremely

nice garden, pet friendly, private parking - ok

small as a shoe box and did t delivery what they advertised pool it's durty small and very

pool doesnt have heater yet (they already bought the heater (june, 2018), they will install it very

it is pet friendly so if you re traveling with your dog, it s a perfect option

nice garden, pet friendly, private parking - ok

the pool is also very cold

advertisement on the spa hot tub amenity the water was cold the hotel is old and poorly repaired it was horrible

there was plenty of parking

parking is not an easy task

asked for room service and it never came

the view is really nice and the pool was very relaxing. there where no people, though.

facilities, pool, etx

the wifi drops every few minutes

the pool and the restaurant, both were amazing!

the hot tub and pool feel a bit grimy.

pool area and friendly personal

from the security staff), the room(super clean), the facility(the garden, the hammock, the pool), wifi, water

we also enjoyed couples massages and the terrace pool

our room was located at the exit of the bar/terrasse stairs and it was extremely noisy

i scheduled a spa treatment at rodavento and they arrange a transportation service for free

we hung out by the pool all day and the view is spectacular

good place for children due to the swimming pool but if you want tranquility this is not the place if you are

didn't like that we couldn't use the pool after 9 pm

as adults we wanted to enjoy that beautiful place and the good music from the bar a little more

good location, nice pool area, decent size room overlooking the lake.

the restaurant and the bar offered excelent service

cabin is cosy, with a fireplace they help you light when it gets chilly in the evenings

basic kitchen easy to warm up simple meals

the kitchen is a bit less equipped then we expected and we miss that there was no living room

wifi and the facilities worked very

wifi strength was weak in the furthest extremes of the room and there are quite a few stairs in the

delicious breakfast, excelent location!!

we like that it is adults only and we can walk for a meal or nightcap

love that there is a bar and restaurant on site with awesome staff - gracias gabriel

spa service next door a bit pricey but nice amenity

had a great stay at this hotel - we loved the pool and deck area, the private balcony with hammock swing and

the hotel had a wonderful restaurant and spa as well

the rooms were spotless and the pool was relaxing

even got an upgrade with an amazing view to the cathedral. great staff, food at the pool, etc

there's no fitness center, spa area, and nothing about this property was impressive, certainly not warranting

wifi did not work in the room first night

are no spa services on-site

in fact there is a small pool, slightly larger than a jacuzzi and there are a handful of rooms built around it

in the shower to be able to close the door, the pillows were very flat and i could never get the wifi

main problem is the wifi, hard to get in the room and i had to spend my phone data, not acceptable

wifi in the room, which was a shame as there was a lovely table to work at

the sheets were only ok, the toilet paper was cheap, there s no wifi in the rooms, the hot water was

the wifi connection in the room was not great.

no food on site, no other amenities but a small freezing pool, that i actually ended up using for ice plunging

wifi is poor af

you have the bare essentials: bed, wifi, bathroom and cable tv

com it looks like the breakfast is a big part of the hotel, but when we went down for breakfast they informed

the room had a fireplace but you had to buy the wood yourself

laundry facility across the street

near downtown, with parking, nice staff, gorgeous rooms, good breakfast, spectacular vibe it was better than

we also used the spa and we lovet it

wifi was very spotty, with inconsistent reception in our

so you need to leave the window open at night to avoid the extra heat coming from the pool in the room

fully included breakfast for that money, it is a bit loud in the night, partially because of the pool in each

wifi in the room so plenty of time to be alone with your thoughts while enjoying a private pool, room service

very good spa too

in my personal opinion, this type of resort is noy ideal for kids.

pool is not heated

the water being cold, the pool is very clean and a good size

nice property, well groomed garden, great pool, extremely friendly staff, good and healthy breakfast

the layout. the garden . the pool. comfortable bed.

pool

price a bit steep for what the cabin offers but i guess the golf course also needs to be

wifi is not good and there is no wifi in the cabins

very poor wifi and i would like if there were tvs in the rooms

water in the pool was a bit cooler than i had hoped, but manageable and enjoyable.

the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the food was good quality
