the restaurant in with the bar was good, with a traditional character

and there is a happy atmosphere around the bar also

at this property on our way from scotland to scarborough to break the journey up for the kids

parking with a german drive car wasn't easy, but not a huge problem.

no phone signal, it wasn t until we tried an alternative wifi that we could even send a whatsapp message so i m not sure why the other 2 were even listed

wifi access could have been better.

wifi wasn't the best and the telly had no terrestrial feed but otherwise great.

the large bar has a relaxed atmosphere, and the breakfast room looks great

accompanied by two small dogs all our meals were taken in the downstairs bar with us generally being the only people there in the morning and mostly also in the evening

food is to die for, kids love the pool and the dog loved his walkies

even sorted room service out when they were extremely busy definitely recommend if you want a great night
