great bar with friendly locals

the location was beautiful kids lived playing in the stream

the kids were anxious to leave quickly

if you'd had some kind of kids play area, it would have been the cherry on the cake but we can't have everything

the restaurant in with the bar was good, with a traditional character

to dislike really, although walking across to the golf clubhouse in the rain as the only dinner option wasn t great

pool tiles could do with a clean

amazing garden spa which did have the wow factor

breakfast was average however

only downside was that it was not possible to use the outdoor pool as it was in a special area

staff all very welcoming and helpful ,and huge thanks to the reservations team for arranging early check

location great, right on the park and large bath tub, great for the kids.

lovely bar and lounge area to relax in

travelled with my 3yo and is was ideal, deluxe room had plenty of space and the kids menu in the bar was spot on

room slightly tired bar staff at evening wedding reception not friendly or polite

rooms are beautiful. big in size . room service is great.

the bed enormous and very comfy the bath was like a swimming pool

we were able to get pizzas on room service which worked well

the fact that the hotel offers room service was a huge positive for us as well, so we could eat in the privacy of our room

my point of view - internet: the internet is slow and we had some troubles connecting to the wifi

wifi signal was poor

parking is just on the main road where you find a place

signal did not work struggled with wifi signal if your staying for work and need good internet probably not the right

off street parking was easy and just across the street

just all round great place, even better if you have kids

and no idea if room service was available

was a room service option but no way to actually order this apart from go to reception

the breakfast was tasty

kids menur could be a lot better

centrally located, great staff, cheap bar downstairs

reception and bar staff were good

the main bar area was tired looking and could do with updating to be the standard of fusion

excellent facilities: gym, spa, golf, restaurants

food lovely and room service very good

lovely place to stay for a get away for myself & my husband for our birthdays without the kids
