room was immaculate and reception staff were excellent - very attentive and sorted everything we needed help with

overall footprint ok in terms of size but bathroom oversized and wasted space in laundry/bin cupboard

the bar area is nice and comforting and once we moved to the second room it was bigger as due to leak

place was located above a bar which was very noisy and near a traffic light which was quite loud
