didn’t like that i could not find a crosswalk to walk over to the spa and it’s a main road you have to cross

liked that the spa was right up the road easy drive to get there

called the laundry service to wash my clothes, but i was surprised to know that they only provide dry cleaning

we loved the bar on the 26th floor, so convenient to grab a drink after a long day of been out :) the location

good location, lovely staff, good gym and business center, useful kitchenette in our room

we could not take our bags down 20 flights of stairs as we were travelling with kids

if the hotel offered laundry facilities, it would be perfect

the room was cozy and the bathroom was nice. i loved the spa and gym area.

the reason is that the gym and the hallway were both cool with working air conditioning, while our room was like a sauna

central park wasn't too far but was a little bit of a hike with 2 small kids

to times square and the neighborhood had so much character lots of choices for restaurants and bars in the neighborhood we had a suite with a balcony, and we also had access to the rooftop

we also needed two rooms for our family of 5 (3 college aged kids) and they got us rooms on the same floor

if you get one of the cheaper rooms, be aware you will get one over the bar

great location, particularly with kids, wonderful breakfast

have liked more room for floor work in the gym

we stayed with 4 small kids and the suite was perfect for 6

pull out sofa bed could stand to be a bit more plush, that was like a stiff board and we made the kids sleep on that one

the hotel has a gym, but we did so much exercise sightseeing we didn't need it

on the room service menu it states that you need to collect the food from the restaurant downstairs, so

after a long flight, there were two bottles of water waiting in the room and at every day after room service i found find new water bottles

at 11:00 on a friday night during fashion week and although there were plenty of people in the bar/ lounge area upstairs both the waiter and manager said they were closing

there are fees that are charged daily, that you receive a credit for food and room service

wifi is paid only which feels ridiculous at this point at this price range

sent up a piece of cake to wish us happy birthday to the comfortable beds and amazing food from room service
